Click the Load Image icon (a file folder).Click the scroll arrow next to Scan Image on the toolbar and select Load Image.Close OmniPage, if it is running, then open it again.To find out if the problem is with your document, use the following procedure to process a sample file, SAMPLE.TIF, located in the \PROGRAMS\CAERE APPLICATIONS\OMNIPAGE PRO\DATA folder: Sometimes a document is too complex for OmniPage, but sometimes, this message displays because OmniPage has not been correctly installed. OmniPage Pro may not finish recognizing a document, and instead of performing OCR, may display a message that the document is too complex. OmniPage Pro displays a message indicating that a document is too complex.
